Description

Snow fungus (syut yi) also known as white fungus is soft and gelatinous with a slight cruch once it is fully cooked.  It is often used to treat weak respiratory and immune systems as white fungus nourishes the lungs, a remedy used to treat dry coughs, including a dry throat. Its high collagen content is also said to provide beauty benefits. This is a product of China.
